Application methods of natural persons whose personal data are processed (“ Relevant Person ”) to the data controller in order to exercise their rights on personal data “Application to Data Controller ”, published in the Official Gazette No. 30356 on 10 March 2018, within the scope of the Law on Protection of Personal Data No. It is included in the “Communiqué on Principles”. Without prejudice to other methods to be determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (“ Board ”), the application methods determined are listed below. Relevant persons will be able to apply using one of the following methods, based on this form. Accordingly, the Relevant Person may apply in the following ways:
  • Ataköy 2-5-6 with the signed form. Kisim Mah. Adnan Kahveci Bul. Ataköy Konakları Sitesi D1-4 Block No: 1n3 Interior Door No: 22 Bakırköy/İstanbul with a personal application or
  • With a written notice to be sent to the same address, including the form, by a notary public.
Applications submitted to HANK Studio by one of the methods mentioned above will be answered free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty (30) days at the latest, and this reply will be notified to the Related Person in writing or electronically. If the request requires additional costs, the fee in the tariff to be determined by the Board will be reflected to the Related Person:
  • One (1) Turkish Lira transaction fee for each page above ten (10) pages,
  • If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that will not exceed the cost of this recording medium.
