Returns and Exchanges
Below you can find the conditions necessary for us to serve you better and faster regarding product return and exchange. If any of these are missing, product returns/exchanges are not accepted.
1. Return Process
1.1. What We Want for Returns
- Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
- The product to be returned must be delivered as received, complete and undamaged, with its standard accessories, within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
- The product to be returned from abroad must be delivered as received, complete and undamaged, with its standard accessories, within thirty (30) days from the delivery.
- When returning the product, the invoice or e-invoice/e-invoice received when the product is delivered
- The relevant documents required by the archive legislation should be sent with the product.
- The order number given to you during your shopping and sent to your e-mail address must be specified.
- Returns without an order number in the package cannot be accepted.
1.2. Sending the Returned Product
- You can return the purchased products free of charge in Turkey with Yurtiçi Kargo Servis Anonim Şirketi (“Yurtiçi Kargo”).
- The fee for the shipments you make from another cargo company other than Yurtiçi Cargo will be yours.
- If the product / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is covered by our Company. In this case, you have to send with contracted cargo. Otherwise, the shipping fee is on you.
- For returns to be made from abroad, the cost of the shipments will be yours.

1.3. Refund of Returned Product
- After the product reaches our Company, we will check whether the product complies with the return conditions.
- If the product complies with the return conditions, your order will be canceled as soon as possible and the amount you paid will be refunded to your credit card or account, depending on the payment method.
- If the product does not comply with the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
- Our customers who shop with Pay at the Door should provide us with the following information in the return package or by sending an e-mail to info@haveanicekill.com:

- In credit card refund transactions, the reflection of the fee to your credit card may find the next statement period due to reasons arising from your bank. An information e-mail will be sent to you when the refund process is completed on your credit card.
1.4. Change Process
- You can replace the product you have purchased with another color or size of the same model within fourteen (14) days from the date of delivery.
- If the exchange will be made from abroad, you can replace the product you have purchased with another color or size of the same model within fourteen (30) days from the date of delivery.
- The possibility of exchange is limited to stocks, and if the color or size you want to change is out of stock, your transaction will continue according to the RETURN procedure and you will be refunded.
- Changes can only be made in the same model, not with a different model.
- If you are not satisfied with the product you have purchased and want to buy a different model, please follow the return procedure first; then order the other product.
- Change requests that do not include an order number in the package cannot be accepted.
- Change requests sent without an invoice cannot be accepted.
- In product exchange transactions, the shipping fee belongs to you.
- After we receive the replacement product, your new product will be prepared and shipped as soon as possible.
- The exchange is limited to one (1) time per purchase.
