How long is the delivery time?
All products sold on haveanicekill.com.tr are supplied from the factory and delivered to cargo within 2-4 working days. An estimated arrival time is estimated between 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul and between 1 and 4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul. The cargo company will deliver your orders to the address you specify between 09.00-18.00 on business days.

With which cargo company will my order be delivered?
The delivery of your purchased products is made through our contracted cargo company Yurtiçi Kargo .

Will I pay shipping fees for the products I purchased?
There is no shipping fee for your orders from haveanicekill.com.tr.

I want to return an item I purchased, what can I do?
The product you have purchased; You can return the product provided that it has not lost its resaleability and has not been used.
In the event that the purchased product or the packaging or box of the product is dirty, crushed, wrinkled, corroded, scratched, wet, with a tape or label attached or damaged in any way, the return will not be accepted in accordance with the Distance Sales Agreement made during the sale phase. The products will be checked by our team to make sure that they are not damaged.
You must send the product(s) back within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order by filling out the Return form sent to you with your order. Returns that do not comply with these terms will not be accepted and will be sent back to you against a charge.
