Can I get a refund on a digital pattern?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be physically returned, all sales of digital PDF patterns are final and non-refundable.
However, we want you to love your finished garment! We are happy to help resolve issues under the following circumstances:
- Accidental duplicate purchases: If you accidentally buy the exact same pattern twice in the same order, please contact us and we will gladly refund the duplicate charge.
- Pattern clarifications: If you encounter a specific step, stitch abbreviation, or layout section in the pattern that feels unclear, please email us at han.kbyhannah@outlook.com and we will do our best to clarify it for you.
Please note: While we are happy to clarify pattern instructions, we cannot provide individual, stitch-by-stitch crochet lessons. We highly recommend checking the skill level listed on the pattern description before purchasing to ensure it matches your current experience.
