Can I sell items made from your crochet patterns?
Yes, you are welcome to sell finished physical garments made from our patterns, provided they are handmade by you in small, limited quantities (e.g., small drops for local craft markets or custom Etsy orders).
However, to respect the time and originality that goes into designing these garments, we strictly enforce the following conditions:
- Mandatory Credit: You must explicitly credit Han.K as the designer in any online listings, social media posts, or physical tags (e.g., "Design by @han.kstudio").
- No Commercial Mass Production: You may not hire others or use manufacturing teams to mass-produce these garments for commercial sale.
- No Image Sharing: You are strictly prohibited from using our official product photos, sample images, or layout graphics to market your own finished items. You must take your own photos of your work.
- No Pattern Distribution: The PDF pattern itself is protected by UK copyright law. You may not copy, alter, resell, share, or redistribute the written instructions or charts in any format.
