How do I download my crochet pattern?

As soon as your payment is processed, you will see a download button directly on the order confirmation screen. You will also receive an automated email within a few minutes containing a secure link to download your PDF pattern.
If you created an account at checkout, you can also access your downloads at any time by logging into our website and viewing your Order History.

Please note: Digital links do not expire, but we highly recommend saving the PDF file directly to your device (such as your phone, tablet, or computer) or your cloud storage (like iCloud, Google Drive, or Dropbox) so you can access it offline whenever you like.

I didn't receive my confirmation email. Where is my pattern?
If your email hasn’t arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, please try the following steps:
  • Check your Spam/Junk folder: Automated Shopify emails can sometimes be filtered there by your email provider.
  • Check alternative email addresses: Double-check if your order went to the email address linked to your PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay account, as Shopify often defaults to your payment method's email.
  • Typo check: It is very easy to accidentally misspell an email address at checkout.
